Good Charlotte's "Cardiology" Available for Pre-Order on ITunes Now, Plus 30 Second Previews of Every Song

Good Charlotte's next album, "Cardiology", won't be available for purchase until November 2nd, but you can pre-order it for $9.99 on Itunes now. Along with pre-ordering it, you can also hear a 30 second preview of each song. Check out my review of the songs below:

1. Introduction to Cardiology-Typical intro for Good Charlotte. Mainly instrumental with a few words. Sounds very similar to the intro's on all of the other albums.

2. Let the Music Play-Benji's favorite song off of the album. I Loveeeee this one as well! Reminds me of the stuff from "Young and Hopeless", parts almost sound a bit like "Hold On" mixed with some Blink-182. I can definitely see this one becoming a successful single.

3. Counting the Days-My favorite song from the new album so far. Good Charlotte released this song early, so it will probably be a single. Reminds me of the stuff from their first two albums.

4. Silver Screen Romance- Sounds more punk and less pop-punk then most of their stuff. Love it. Might be most similar to the stuff from their first cd, but it's hard to make a comparison. They don't have many songs with this kind of sound. It's really nice.

5. Like it's Her Birthday-Good Charlotte's current single. Amazing, but the album has even better songs.

6. Last Night-Slightly more dancey than the other tracks. Reminds me of the stuff from their last album. Good, but not my favorite.

7. Sex On the Radio-Reminds me of stuff from the first album. Love it. I can see this as being a successful single. The lyrics are fun and catchy.

8. Alive- Love it. Kind of a different sound for them. Very alternative.

9. Standing Ovation-Kind of has the same sound as "Motivation Proclamation", but not quite as good. Good, but not the best.

10. Harlow's Song-One of the slower songs on the album. It almost sounds sad. Sound is a cross between "Chronicles" and "Good Morning Revival".

11. Interlude-The Fifth Chamber-Very similar to the introduction.

12. 1979-One of my favorite ones from the album. Reminds me of the stuff from "Young and Hopeless". Very fun song.

13. There She Goes-See above.

14. Right Where I Belong- Not as slow as "Harlow's Song", but slower than some of the others. Similar to a few of the more upbeat songs on "Chronicles".

15. Cardiology-Slower. Reminds me of some of the stuff from "Good Morning Revival".

16. Crash-Sounds like stuff from the first album. Very alternative feel to it.

It looks like the new album is going to be amazing! They are going back to their main roots and it definitely still works! This may just be their best album yet!!

Have you listened to the previews yet? Which songs are your favorites? Are you planning on pre-ordering the album?

Good Charlotte Releases New Video for "Like it's Her Birthday", Leading Many to Believe Song is About Paris Hilton (Watch it Here!)

The world premiere of Good Charlotte's "Like it's Her Birthday" music video is here!! Check it out below:

What do you think? I absolutely LOVE it. Kind of surprising to see Benji playing the main role and not Joel. Makes many people, including myself, to believe the song was written about Benji's ex-girlfriend, Paris Hilton. Hilton definitely isn't shy to the party scene and seems to fit the description of the girl in the song perfectly...

Good Charlotte Releases New Song, "Counting the Days" to Help Fans Count Down the Days Until "Cardiology"'s Release Date

Good Charlotte just posted via facebook a homemade video of them performing at several of this summer's Bamboozle Roadshows. The video included one of their new songs from Cardiology, "Counting the Days". The song was released to celebrate the band reaching 100k views for their first single, "Like It's Her Birthday", which will be released everywhere on August 24th, and to also help fans count down the days until the new album, "Cardiology" is released on November 2nd.

The song sounds absolutely amazing. It takes you back to Good Charlotte's earlier days as a new alternative band. The sound screams "self-titled debut!". I loved 2007's dancey "Good Morning Revival", but when it comes down to it, Old school Good Charlotte is the best Good Charlotte. I'm so excited to see the band going back to their roots and I can't wait for Cardiology to be released!

The band also hinted that new tour info would soon be available. I had the pleasure of seeing the band on the Bamboozle Road Show at Festival Pier at Penn's Landing in June and I can confirm that this band is absolutely amazing to see live. They really know how to get the crowd pumped! I'm so excited to see them again when they go on tour for "Cardiology".

You can view Good Charlotte's homemade video and listen to the new song for "Counting the Days" below.

What do you think of the new song? Are you excited for "Cardiology?". Do you want to see Good Charlotte on tour?
