Sneak Preview of Blake Lewis' new single, "Sad Song"

I agree with Votefortheworst.com that this song sounds very similar to the songs on his debut album. I loved his first album, it's actually one of my all time favorite Cd's, however, a majority of people, including Lewis' record label weren't feeling it. Lewis has said in the past that he wanted to go in a different direction with his new album, but this definitely isn't a new direction. If Lewis plans on getting a new record deal, sadly I don't think this will do it. However, I've always been a fan of Lewis' music, so I can't complain too much. ;)

Emma Watson to Star in a Marilyn Manson Gothic Version of Cinderella

Quite a different step from Harry Potter, for better or for worst! Perezhilton.com is reporting that Emma Watson has just signed on for a part in a musical, Gothic rendition of Marilyn Manson's version of Cinderella. If Marilyn Manson has anything to do with it, it is guaranteed to be strange! This will be the first movie other than Potter for Watson, and it seems like a bad choice on her part!

Is Cocaine Abuse the Reason for Ryan Ross' Departure from Panic at the Disco?

Perezhilton.com just posted this scandalous picture of Ryan Ross at a party. If you take a close look at the table, you will notice that there appears to be three lines of cocaine. Ross talked about the picture to MTV News and admitted that he was at the party, but was unaware of the cocaine in front of him. He also stated that his departure with Panic at the Disco was due to musical differences and nothing else. Hm. I don't know about this. It still sounds pretty shady to me...

Is Amy Winehouse Finally On the Road to Recovery?

Based on this photo, it appears so! This photo was shot after Winehouse returned home to London from an 8-month vacation in St. Lucia. It has been reported that Winehouse finally decided to leave St. Lucia after being banned from several hotels, bars, etc. because she was afraid of being banned from the entire island. Winehouse was so happy to be home that she cried!

Winehouse looks better than she has in years! Hopefully this means that she's sobered up a bit and is on her way to making a full-fledged recovery, and more good music with a real tour and no cancelled tour dates (or odd occurrences, such as spitting on her fans while on tour).

Man Committed Suicide Over...Harry Potter?

There's a new Harry Potter movie premiering at midnight tonight. It only makes sense that fans are dying of anticipation over it, but it does not make sense that this sentence is more than just a figure of speech. Jude Ralston, a 32 year old Harry Potter fanatic from Ohio, has constantly guided his eyes from spoilers over the Internet so that when the new movie came out he would be full of surprise. However, the fight against spoilers ended yesterday, as Ralston accidentally found out the plot for the new movie. After finding out the spoilers Ralston was overcome with such a strong sense of depression and hopelessness that he committed suicide. Ralston left a note beside him explaining that he no longer had a reason to live. That's pretty pathetic if your whole life purpose revolves around Harry Potter...

Sham Wow Guy Raps His Way Into a New Product!

The Sham Wow guy has something new to erm, rap about? His new product is for The Slap Chop, a kitchen appliance that well, chops things with only a slap! A rap has been made as a joke for the product, but now it is rumored to be taken seriously and used for the actual commercial, which is scheduled to air on television tonight.

Literary! The first single of Kris Allen, which Idol judge Kara Dioguardi has carelessly written, is so terrible that it is now being discarded from the remaining Idol tour dates! The winner's first single is usually the biggest part of the show! Kara truly screwed this job up! I wonder what the replacement song will be...

Tony Romo Actually Makes a Smart Career Move!

I guess Tony Romo got hit in the head with a football or something, because somehow someone has finally knocked some sense into him! PopEater! is reporting that he finally dumped his dim wit girlfriend, Jessica Simpson. Not only did he dump her, but he did it on the eve of her birthday. Nice birthday gift!

Maybe this is how Romo is beginning to prep for the upcoming football season. Now instead of worrying about his ditzy girlfriend he can focus on playing football, or at least something close to that.
