"But Honestly...When Lee Called Mariah Carey...She was DRUNK".

Numerous media sources are circulating an video of Mariah Carey's acceptance speech for her "Breakthrough Actress" award that she received at the Palm Springs Film Festival for her role in the movie Precious. In her speech, Carey appears to be disorganized, confused, off-track, and just simply intoxicated. She frequently breaks off into stories about how her friend, manager, boss, (does anyone even know?), Lee, called her about this movie. No one is really sure where Carey is trying to go with this story. Carey is basically just babbling on and on and talking nonsense.

Here is the video of Carey's drunken speech:

While Carey's speech is a far-cry from the formal, prepared speeches that most polished starlets typically give at award shows, it is still inevitable interesting. This speech will be remembered for a long time, but unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. It's rare to come across an acceptance speech that is actually interesting, though, so it makes you almost wish that more celebrities gave drunken acceptance speeches, doesn't it?

Charlie Sheen Released from Jail After Posting $8,500 Bond; Wife Declared Legally Drunk During Time of 911 Call

TMZ has just reported that Charlie Sheen was released from jail after consulting a judge that allowed him to leave on an $8,500 bail.

One of the most interesting points raised in this case was that Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, was drunk with a BAC of .13 when she made the 911 call. Sheen's BAC level was also checked during the time of the call, but only came in to be a .04.

With this new evidence, do you think Sheen was correct in saying that Mueller started the abuse, and that he was simply fighting her off, or do you still think that Sheen is 100% guilty?

Sheen will still appear in court about his domestic abuse charges. No word yet on when the court case will take place.
