Miley Cyrus Recieves Backlash for Sexy New Music Video

Miley Cyrus recently debuted a new music video for her new single, "Who Owns My Heart?", and if you thought her "Can't Be Tamed", video was bad, that's nothing compared to this!

The video features a scantily clad Cyrus laying on a bed, seemingly inviting a lover over for sex. The video then shifts to a bathroom scene with a less-than-half dressed Cyrus leaning against the tub. This part of the video reminds me of Britney Spears' "Every time" video, not good, considering shortly after Spears shot that video she suffered from a major breakdown.

Following the bathroom scene Cyrus goes clubbing and is seen making out with and being grouped by several men and women. The video repeats all three scenes various times.

Let me remind you that Miley Cyrus is 17---still a minor.

Many parents and groups are outraged over Cyrus' sexy, possibly R rated music video.

The Parents Television Council has stated their disgust. They are particularly disappointed that Cyrus would choose to behave this way when she knows that a majority of her fan base is made up of young kids.

The video can be seen below:

What do you think of Cyrus' new music video? Is it too sexy for a 17 year old? Do you agree with The Parents Television Council, or do you think everyone is just over-reacting?
