Tyra Banks to end Popular Talk Show

First Oprah, now Tyra. Today, on her popular talk show, The Tyra Banks Show, Banks announced that this current season will be the last. Bank's have had her own talk show for 6 consecutive years. Banks show often promoted positive self images and encouraged its viewers to be comfortable in their own skin. Some ways that Banks have worked to achieve this positive sense of self is by un-weaving her hair and wearing her hair naturally this past season. Banks has also been a huge advocate for gay rights, which she speaks openly about.

In addition to her talk show, Banks is also the host of America's Top Model and True Beauty.
